Can I mix different product categories in one order?
Yes. We support mixed-category orders so you can consolidate promotional items from different lines into a single shipment. This reduces your logistics cost and simplifies supplier management.
Can you do OEM/ODM orders?
Yes. We offer both OEM (produce to your design) and ODM (choose from our existing designs and add your branding). For OEM, send us your artwork or 3D file; for ODM, select a model and we handle logo design for your approval.
How do I customize a product with my logo?
Send your logo artwork in AI, PDF, or EPS format. We will produce a digital mockup for your approval before mass production. Logo methods include silk screen, heat transfer, laser engraving, and UV printing, depending on the product material and logo design.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by product category. For drinkware and food-contact items, we use food-grade stainless steel, PP, PS, ABS, PE, and silicone that meet FDA and LFGB requirements. For general promotional products, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials that comply with REACH, RoHS, and CE requirements where applicable.
We can also use recycled stainless steel, recycled aluminum, RPET , wheat straw & bamboo fiber, nature bamboo, wood and cork for customers with sustainability requirements.
Do you sign NDAs for custom designs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving design files or tooling drawings. A standard NDA template is available, or we can sign yours. Contact us to start the process.
If I invest in custom tooling, who owns the mold?
The tooling developed for your project is your exclusive property and cannot be used for other customers without written consent. Molds are maintained and stored free of charge between production runs.
What is the MOQ?
Standard MOQ varies by product, typically from 1,000 to 3,000 pcs per item. For trial orders, we accept smaller quantities to let you test the market before committing to a full production run. For mixed-category orders, MOQ is calculated per item.
How about the price of your products?
Price depends on product type, material, and customization. Promotional items typically range from USD 0.30 to USD 10.00 per unit at MOQ, FOB Ningbo. Send us your specifications for a quote within 24 hours.
What payment terms are acceptable?
We offer flexible terms:
· T/T, L/C at sight, and D/P for regular buyers.
· Standard terms: 30% deposit + 70% balance by T/T against B/L copy.
· OA terms are available for buyers with an annual purchase volume above a certain threshold — contact us to discuss.
How do I get started?

Step 3: Approve the sample, confirm the order, and we start production.
How do I get samples?
For regular items: One stock sample is free of charge; you only cover the courier cost using your FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT account. Sample preparation time is 1–3 days.
For custom samples: A sample cost for customization applies, and you cover the courier cost. Lead time is typically 7–10 days depending on your customization requirements.

How do you guarantee product quality?
We follow a three-step QC process:
1. Pre-production samples (PP samples) sent for your approval before mass production;
2. In-house QC inspection during production based on your requirements;
3. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, or your nominated agency) is welcome at any stage.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Standard lead time is 35–45 days after sample approval for orders of 1,000–3,000 pcs. Rush orders can be negotiated. Peak season (August–October) may add additional days. For orders above 50,000 pcs, lead time is subject to prior confirmation.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide via sea, air, and express courier. FOB Ningbo is our standard term; CIF and DDP are available on request. We can also work with your nominated forwarder.
Do your products have certifications?
Yes. Our factory holds ISO 9001, BSCI, Sedex, and Disney FAMA audits. Product compliance varies by item and target market — we produce to FDA, LFGB, Reach, Rohs, CE and CA Prop 65 standards where applicable.
